Inception & Design
We can be involved from the very start, offering expert advice on design, cost engineering, and specification. With years of experience designing and building our own homes, we understand how to balance style, function, and budget. We work closely with clients to ensure the final design reflects their vision, not just the architect’s. We also collaborate with trusted architects when needed, or in some cases, we can manage the full design process ourselves.
Build
Our build stage is systematic and efficient, without compromising on quality. We have an eye for detail and resolve any design issues before construction begins. Many of our projects can be undertaken on a Building Control Notice, reducing time and expense without compromising compliance. Our skilled workforce, led by Kurt Groves or our Site Manager Dale Wilkins, delivers high-quality craftsmanship while adhering to the latest Health and Safety Regulations.
Handover & Ongoing Support
We make handover as smooth as possible, addressing snags professionally and thoroughly. Our office team supports the process, ensuring the home is ready for the client. Post-completion, we take responsibility for any issues, providing ongoing support and aftercare.
